I Christmas shop all year long! Whenever there is a great deal, I snatch it up and put it away for Christmas. Then I round out my shopping on the day after Thanksgiving. For my friends/family that live far away I get them a magazine subscription in October so their first issue will come about the same time they get my Christmas card.

Actually I was at the shopping this weekend for me and then I saw something and I thought that would make a great Christmas Present. Then at the end I must have put it down or something because I forgot to purchase it. Ops! So in short the answer to your question is Sort of. hehehe ;)

I give my kids cash for Christmas. I started when they were old enuf to know what malls were. I showed them that if they wait til the day after Christmas, they can get twice as much stuff!

Plus, it gives me a day of peace! (They're at the mall ALL DAY!)

I still put a few items under the tree (so that the tree doesn't look bare underneath) and make sure they have stocking stuffers.

I usually start mid October and try to be mostly done by Thanksgiving because it just gets ugly out there after that (the people not the weather so much). I can only do a little at a time so I have to plan my spending that way.

Yes, I have to start early to make sure we get it in time. We have four kids and were stationed in Italy, so we have to buy a lot of their Christmas toys on line and through catalogs. Over here, they either have a really small selection, or it's outrageously expensive.

I started today and bought 3 of my granddaughters their presents. I bought a Bratz skating rink a Bratz horse and carriage and a Tinkerbell fairy doll from the Disney shop.

I have bought for 2 of my nephews already, and one of my cousins. Yippee. I'm lucky to have that much done. I will be done with my shopping before December.
