Beg me to buy you another watch band so you won't have to worry about it. What about a metal one?

I actually made this same suggestion regarding a watchband earlier today: Seal it up in a container or baggie with newsprint. The paper will absorb excess moisture and the carbon in the paper will absorb odors. If you seal it up overnight, the smell should be gone or diminished greatly. I do this with smelly shoes to and it works great!

I personally would just go buy a new watchband. You'll run the risk of irritating your arm, if you try to clean the dirty one. So, just go get a new one. Some places will even change them for you.

no, you'd have to replace the leather band altogether. THey are fairly cheap, and start at about $20.

Yes....buy a new one. It's smelly because it has gotten wet, and you've sweat into it. Metal bands won't do that...and they last much longer

Apply baking powder paste (with water). Then wipe clean. Or use a baby wipe.
