Your question requires 2 separate answers, I'll give you one, and a lead for the second - okay?

The Organelles allow a cell to function properly,
Three important Cytoplasm for digestion:
*Lysosome:
Digestive 'plant' for proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates
Transports undigested material to cell membrane for removal
Vary in shape depending on process being carried out
Cell breaks down if lysosome explodes

*Mitochondria:
Second largest organelle with unique genetic structure
Double-layered outer membrane with inner folds called cristae
Energy-producing chemical reactions take place on cristae
Controls level of water and other materials in cell
Recycles and decomposes proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, and forms urea

*Vacuoles:
Membrane-bound sacs for storage, digestion, and waste removal
Contains water solution
Contractile vacuoles for water removal (in unicellular organisms)

Organelle of Apoptosis = Normal cells carry an apoptosis receptor on their surfaces, called CD95, and that when this surface receptor is cross-linked by its specific ligand, this triggers the sequence of events known as apoptosis.

*Lysosomes have also been implicated as target organelles for initiating apoptosis after PDT. (NOTE): THIS IS THE END OF MY DIRECT ANSWERS

i think u mean APOPTOSIS. Its actually the suicide of a cell and it happens when certain essential organelles of a cell such as mitochondria r digested by the LYSOSOMES which r so called the SUICIDAL BAGS of cells.

thus lysosomes r the organelles which deals with apoptosis and intracellular digestion as they possess hydrolytic enzymes.u got it ? thanx

Mitochondria is the most prominent organelle involved in apoptosis.
