Sometimes it's random things, hearing a good song on the radio that I either haven't heard in a while or that I just really like. Other times is when I know I'm going somewhere good with someone that I have fun with like my best friend. Sometimes it's just something silly like having mac and cheese! Little things make me happy!

Today I received a thank you letter from a lady who had a failing thyroid. She said the doctors reduced her medication and told her she needn't return for two whole months. She was so happy and as usual I feel like I'm on a cloud.
