I was told Levi Strauss will accept 2 worn out pairs of Levi's each year and replace with 2 new pair. Has anyone ever done this and if so can you tell me what I need to do? I love my Levi jeans!

Levi's will replace them if they are defective from regular use, i.e. if the side seams bursted or something. However, they will not simply replace them if they have wear spots from years of use. If they are old enough, they may be vintage and thus worth some extra money, but again Levi's the company doesn't appraise vintage jeans.
