i think that she should be in the same damn place as all the other murderers. she should have to defend herself when everyone realizes that she is a baby killer, and they will (trust me) have so much rage against her for what she did... i think that it is bull that someone that kills children can fall back on a claim that they were insane..B.S., she knew exactly what she was doing when she knocked out her friend & cut her fetus out of her belly, then drowned her 3 kids & stuffed them in a washer & dryer, THEN tried to pass the fetus off as her own, & have a funeral for "her" fetus!!! she knew EXACTLY what she was doing... she is not insane, she deservs to have the most intense/ horrible/ long sentance that is possible... i hope that she frys, what she did is horrible...

First of all, yes, it is crazy that criminals have rights. Secondly, population would tear her apart. Here are women sitting there not able to see their children, then comes this insane lunatic who murdered the mother, fetus, and children. The women in prison will take care of her, don't worry about that. Besides, she will only be in a private cell for a short time.

This is one messed up court system. She deserves to be locked up like all the rest. She should get nothing special...she didn't think about the special lives of those 4 kids (3 kids; 1 unborn) so why care about hers.

I hope they keep her that way! Sher doesn't deserve to die, she deserves to live a long life, alone in a small cell, pondering what she has done. Isolation is a hell in its own, she deserves to suffer as long and hard as possible! Aside from doing the same to her and her children, it's the next best thing.

She needs to be in isolation because she is more then mentally ill.. She may also need to be on suicide watch etc etc.
Also, If she is alone, there is no chance she can try and speak to other people on the outside.
Yes i agree.. There is too many rights for criminals.
But sadly, your innocent untill proven guilty.
That's unfortuantley the way it works.

You got it. Too many rights for criminals and not enough rights for the victims.

Yeah, let's let some other criminals commit more crimes by hurting her in the holding cell. This will increase the crime rate, and do nothing in the interests of justice. Why are you so impatient?

So the other inmates won't get a chance to kill her before the authorities do. It's called `Justice'.

God forbid she should be deprived of her constitutional right to a fair trial. If someone kills her then she missed out. So sad...not.
Hopefully, she'll spend one day in general pop and someone brutalizes her.
