Have you considered networking? It is a great way to earn money working from your own home as your own boss. Ever heard of Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad Poor Dad? He has another book called "The Business School" and he talks a lot about network marketing strategies and getting on the right side of the cash flow quadrant. Commission sales, electronics if you're thinking Christmas or appliances if you want something steadier. What kind of retail do you do? If you're hourly at a big-box retailer you're in the wrong place. Look for locally owned stores, they tend to have more flexible options in pay.
