What do you mean?
Where can you get them? Most sporting goods stores and some luggage stores.
Why would someone use one?
- When their clothes don't have pockets (eg. cycling, jogging)
- When they need secure but easy access to pockets (eg. rock climbing).
I ride and jog and carry the essentials in a belt pouch: ID, keys, money, and a small bike tool. Other than for sports, I have no use for them.
