with out you giving details of problem i offer these things to try;
;log on to yahoo mail or messenger 1st then go to games. games section is having log in problems
when you try getting in lounge and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area.

You should have java applet installed, you can install it free from java.com also make sure you are not behind any firewall

go to pogo.com they have free games or for a small yearly fee you can play tons more great games
