Interesting question, but you're not part of the "rat race" simply by being a member of the human species.
You might want to remember this, though it's not a popular notion. When I was in college my anthropology professor (who was a researcher for the World Health Organization) told us there's only one human "race"--homo sapiens sapien. The terms we use in English like "racist" and when asking questions like what "race" are you should be substituted with terms like "ethnic prejudice" and asking what "ethnicity" do you come from to make it more clear that you don't have whole "races" of people who differ vastly on a genetic level making it impossible to interbreed or that suggests each group is "racing" with each other for survival (or to be the "survivor" like you see on American TV). Many occaision I have tried to say to someone that there is only one human race and they look at me like I have no clue what I'm talking about. But that's likely because they've become members of the "rat race."

the united kingdom does not blindly help him, British troops have been already in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the recent Defence Secretary has pronounced that he needs the troops out of the two places quicker, and that Britain isn't a international policeman. So it feels like the united kingdom is gearing as much as tell the U. S. what it could do with the "particular dating".
