-a $5000 fitted suit with a concealed silenced 9mm loaded pistol
-the keys to the bulletproof mercedes benz
-a pair of $1000 shoes that cant be bought on this side of the world
-a cell phone waiting to recieve an extremely important phone call
-and my fingers running away with my imagination as they write this answer

Hmmm...
Well, my computer's on a desk so on the left, there are cups filled with pencils and pens and markers. There are papers with notes and business cards and an empty bottle of water and a bottle of Slimming Oil and Visine along with an empty box of Dior Addict lip gloss.
On my right, there are tons of books. The closest book is Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman. Then there's A Million Little Pieces by James Frey, Memoirs of a Geisha, the little book of science, Go Ask Alice, Algebra, The Da Vinci Code, Calculus of a Single Variable, Physiology textbook. Then there are two more cups filled with pens and more pens :) And deodorant, calculator, movies, notebooks, empty Holy Renfrew bag, camera, Egypt's pyramid, transcripts, among millions of other things.

It sounds cluttered but it really isn't.
