I feel like I'm still commited to my ex and we have been broke up for nine months. Some times I feel like I would betray her if I got with someone else. If this isn't a commitment and depression I don't know what it is. I say good day.

I am allergic to commitment of any kind right now.

I don't make any promises unless I sincerely believe I can keep them. And since I sincerely doubt I can keep any, I avoid making them.

Why can't we?
People should be that much integrated just enough to keep a promise or really commit to someone. If they can't, they should just move to mountains or jungles and live with their monkey ancestors.
