The world COULD be a better place to live in if people would...
-Learn proper hygiene.
-Stop trying to sound intelligent when truly they have no idea what the F they're talking about.
-Stop being loud and obnoxious know-it-alls.
-Be modest.
-Love others as much as they love themselves.

Now for my serious answer -
The world COULD be a better place to live in if people would...
-Appreciate ALL of your loved ones - Reguardless of any mistakes made, because we're all human.
-Offer to help someone/situation instead of just being negative and adding to the problem.
-Don't jump to conclusions, hear all sides. Stay open-minded and be willing to examine new ideas.
-Basic rule of thumb, Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you.

Caring is the first, most important step.
Next to that, helping to nurture, educate and love children, whether they are your own or through a volunteer organization, will help to ensure a brighter future for the world.
Analyzing your life and habits that might adversely effect the world and making realistic steps to changing them is moving ahead, also.
May whichever God or deity or Higher Power you believe in bless you for having the concern to ask.

Clean your toilet every other day whether it needs it or not. The reduction in germs, misplaced feces, and smell will definitely make the world a better place to live in. Hmmmm

Save water by using this simple method: if it's brown flush it down if it's yellow let it mellow. This will help us save water and then the world will be a better place!!

Realize that you are all one race, the Human Race. Everything else is just bickering.
Oh, and treat each other as you wish to be treated regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, sex and sexual orientation.

Love people and let them live how ever they want.
Live by example and don't preach to others just be yourself and be at peace with it, even with your faults and farts and warts and everything. And accept other's faults too.
