i want it to be small enough to fit into the center console, and still work well and not leave any stains!

I use the Bath & body works aintbactiral wipes...they make the car small nice too! I love a multi-tasker!
Target has something in the "travel size" section... I can't remember what it's called, but it looks like a little thing of stick deodorant & it's used for wiping down a public toilet seat before you use it.
Something else would be the alcohol wipes you see at the doctor's office. onw will wipe off the hole steering wheel & a lot of the little packets would fit in your console!

Just get the Clorox disinfectant wipes, and use your hands.
Or are you referring to a tool? If you use a crevice tool from a vacuum, just put the disinfectant wipe over it and use. I've done that. It works pretty well.

I would try lysol spray. The clorox wipes may tend to fade the leather (plastic)

chlorox wipes..i love those! if the package is too big for your center console, you could always buy those little baby wipe cases..depending on how big your console is, they should fit right inside.
