I got some L. acidophilus capsules that say to keep refridgerated.?

I left them out on the counter for about an hour. Are they still good? I know you got to keep them refridgerated cause they are live cultures. Think they're ok to take still?

Sure. I think it's refridgerate after opening.

its ok to leave them out without refridgeration for a while dun worry

An hour is short a time to affect them. You're ok.

Yep they'll still be ok as long as it wasn't in direct sunlight on a really hot day!
