A better question would be,are Pharmaceutical companies holding back cures so they can continue to make loads of money selling drugs that only partially work and are these cures only available to the rich and people in the know.?

Cancer and thyroid disease are not always linked, in case anyone reads this having searched for one or the other and thinks they are the same.
The Royal family suffer from all the diseases the rest of us do, plus a few others that come as a result of the small gene pool their family and other royal families of Europe existed in for centuries.

Childish question. Of course members of the Royal Family have died of cancer, King George V, King George VI Queen Mary all died of lung cancer so did The Duke of Windsor, formerly King Edward VIII .They were Royal, not immortal!! They would obviously get the best of treatment but it would be a sad kind of society that kept certain drugs only for certain people. Unless you know different.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/lefJ1
Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.
Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.
Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.
