His interest are dvds and games(xbox360). He really loves buying dvd's. He works 60+ hrs a week so he doesn't have much downtime.

How about buying a sexy maid costume for yourself and serve him for a day. They have them at Frederick's of Hollywood. There is also a $10 off coupon for them at http://www.007coupons.com/Apparel/Fredericks-com-Coupons/index.html

Why dont you make it more special... Like giving him a romantic massage yourself? Or preparing some of his favourite food for dinner and gift him a watch or something that he can treasure all his life?
Happy Anniversary... Good Luck

a massage would be cool, but how bout a nite away and escape reality for the 2 of you or make a cd of love songs that you both like that can be very relaxing to listen to.

Hi,
A handmade portrait (Oil or other mediums) from a photo that you choose can be a very personal and unique gift.
Try: www.paintyourlife.com
I think you will like it and more important the gift receiver will love it!
Good luck

Run a bubble bath for him with candles as the setting. Scrub his back and then slip into the tub with him. Bring strawberries and hand feed.
