I have tried downloading films but when I open it in Windows Media Player I am getting sound but no picture can anyone help?

Before downloading just refer to the file format.
You can also choose some other players like RealPlayer, DivX, etc.,
The following are the files whitch are supported by WMP.
Please refer to the lnk. Other format will result in problem of whitch you said.

Try going to download.com and download and install acl media player or divx media player, they support more codex than media player.

You need a different codec i would guess, try a search for codecs and you can normally download a whole bunch at one go.

try and download avi films with around 600-700MB, sometimes it happens to me because it is not compatable but try these films they should work
