Get them to send you a breakdown of charges- and go from there- hopefully you can resolve it over the phone - but it might take you to court.... Be strong! God Bless

find your lease agreement and review it and locate your payments stubs, cancelled checks review it and do the math, and if you find they are wrong, send them a copy of your records, [keep the originals for yourself] along with a letter informing them of your accounting of payments and ask them to correct their records accordingly.
