My favorite is Anthem.
I cried.
The charming bit about Anthem is the simple straightforward manner in which the story is portrayed. I read the book when I was 13, so it's very easy for a teenager or child to understand a lot of the ideas. It's also a good way to "ease" yourself into Ayn Rand's work. She's a pretty tough cookie, and most of her work is very intense.
Then, read Atlas Shrugged and the Fountainhead. All good books

I'm assuming you mean Ayn Rand? I've been working on Atlas Shrugged for over a year now. (I pick it up and read a bit and then read something else for a while.) It's long, but well worth the read. Favorites are subjective. I also like The Fountainhead very much. Here's a web site to find out about her and her writing.

I haven't read Atlas Shrugged, but I really liked The Fountainhead. Even if you don't agree with Rand's views, it's still a great story.

Her name was Ayn Rand, not Ann. Read Atlas Shrugged.

It's all pseudo philosophy self supporting bunk but makes for okay reading. The fountainhead, Atlas shrugged, kind of long. Try Anthem, short sort of allegorical. Still philosophical tripe but a decent book.

Everybody I know who enjoy Rand liked or loved "Atlas Shrugged". But i would suggest you start with something easier, "Anthem" was great and not to difficult to read, yet it still makes one think.

I really liked The Fountainhead. It has great characters, and is good whether you read it on the surface or deeper. Anthem is alright, but not as interesting.
