I've known my girl for a little over 3 yrs and we just moved in together about 7 months ago. We have a steady relation, I love her and she loves me. Is there something wrong with me? Do I need to see a doctor?

first of all, don't fret. this happens to men all the time, whether or not we want to admit to it. STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP OVER IT. it's a normal occurrence.
what to do about it?
try masturbating yourself to see if you can keep it erect long enough to ejaculate
talk openly with your partner re: what's not happening. if your partner loves and cares for you---understanding will be there,
but don't let it be JUST YOUR PROBLEM. you may be dealing with performance anxiety----fear that your pole will not rise to the occassion and stay that way during the duration of the sex act
relax-relax-relax
go to bed with the notion that you and your partner are only going to engage in foreplay: touching, feeling, kissing, licking, sucking, ec. don't plan to have intercourse. but, if the foreplay leads you to a sustainable erection, go for the gusto. if the foreplay doesn't lead to an erection, there's always later and tomorrow.
patience is the key to regaining penile functioning. men, by nature (myself included), want the penis to be on CONSTANT ELERT for the possiblity of a sexual encounter. but when nature interferes we go deep into ourself, blame ourself, and MANDATE a quick fix. that's not how nature responds though. it may take 1,2,3,4,5 etc days to regain the potentcy you are used to having.
so, please, relax and be patient. play with yourself. fantasize about whatever it is that turns you on the most. engage in foreplay with your partner; a solid, sustaining erection will eventually happen.
You'll be ok. i'm living testimony to that fact. at almost 60, impotency crops into our sex life more frequently. i do remember being 24, 26 etc. and having temporary bouts of my penis not listening to its commander.
please treat yourself well!
