It means you think you are god-or god-like- or here to SAVE people or do Miracles--think about the last doctor/pilot/lawyer you talked to.
It is not usually a good thing-since the afflicted are usually arrogant, close-minded and condescending.
But they often ARE very good at what they do, highly educated and/or intellectual.

Messianic complex is a psychological state in which the individual believes him/herself to be, or is destined to become, the saviour of the world. It is people who believe they are Jesus Christ (or the next Jesus) or one of the other "world saviors".
