Which male enchancement pills or products really work?

I see lots of commercials about natural male enhancement pills. I am interested in trying to enhance myself but I don't know what really works. Anyone with real experience?

None. If God didn't give it to you then it won't happen. Besides has anyone done any extensive research on these meds? What if instead of making it bigger, it shrank and made ur testicales hard as rocks? Then u would be in an even worse situation. Just work with what u've got. Size doesn't matter anyway right? Yeah right!
