you need to walk your kid to school. Child molesters should be made to live on a secluded island where they are tortured by rape everyday...

EDIT: I also think they should not be allowed to downgrade their offense. Aggravated sexual assault should be CHILD RAPER.. in big bold capital letters. Why do prosecutors and judges want to downgrade such a horrible offense?

I hope the people on those websites have actually hurt kids and not, say, had sex with a high school freshman or sophomore when they were a senior at the same school.

That said, my friends and I hit upon an idea a long time ago. There should be special housing complexes set aside for child molestors and rapists when they leave prison. They should be well away from schools and playgrounds. Pizza companies, UPS, etc. will be warned before entering. No children will be allowed to live there. Call 'em "Jackson Estates."

I think laws should be federal and cover all states the same. I feel when someone man or woman, commits such an act against a child they should be imprisoned the very first time. I feel the laws should be much more strict and they should not be allowed to live anywhere near children (schools, daycare, etc.)
If we would make the laws much more serious and harsher we would not have so many repeat offenders that offend until their crimes escalate to murder before they are finally put away for life. When a child lives through such trauma they have issues to deal with the rest of their lives. So the perpetrators of such crimes in my opinion should be put away for life after the first offense. However, sad but true in this society and others we really do not value our children as we should.

I believe Child Molestation to be a disease like alcoholism ampted on cocaine to the 100th power.

Many of the states (USA) have child molesters enroll into programs that will monitor their disease. It is a very humiliating process that attempts to train them to live within society. Usually, the child molester pays for attending this (this is costly); but the state will pay if the molester cannot (criteria outlined).

The program entails a "Boot Camp" atmosphere with a no-tolerance attitude. Often, the man's male genital parts are hooked up and monitored how he gets excited; pictures of children (normal household pictures), bestiality, and other taboo sexual fetishes. Violators are instructed to stay away from area's with children. This includes church, and grocery stores during peak hours (typically they're recommended to shop after 10:00 PM). When they meet with their counselor, they undergo a lie detector test to give an inventory of the children they've encountered and how it made them feel.

However, I have not determined how long this court mandated counseling goes on for ... but, I do fear that with public hysteria over child molesters/ pedophilia lists, that many will go into hiding, and end counseling/ studying to cure them. I can't imagine how tormented they are - certainly, I feel sorry for them - but always cautious about their harmful actions!!!

One way you could use this list to your advantage is to get a committee together (Volunteer), and follow up with your local authorities. Check weekly to see if the offenders report in. Don't let your authorities loose them (which sometimes happens). Educate yourself and this committee about what programs these ppl on the list undergo. After all, it’s your community, your children … this is a way you can get power back in humane ways.

I am Pro Life and also Pro Death Penalty.
I think all crimes against children, the elderly and the handicapped should carry a possible death sentence.
I think child molesters should be executed.
Until that law comes to pass, expose this monster by posting his mugshot and the information about his crime at every carry out, on mailboxes, leave them in the laundry mat, flyer parking lots....watch your kids very closely.
I have 3 sex offenders within a 1/2 mile or so of my home.

i have a couple of ideas. (if caught beyond any doubt guilty)
1. take them near a dumpster. shoot em in the groin area. then after 5 minutes or so shoot them in the head and throw them in the dumpster where they belong.
2.take them to the part of prison where they can get a little feel for what they have been doing to kids.of course they probably wouldnt live.


if i caught a molester messing with a kid. i would do anything i could by any means to kill it. right then!then drag it to a dumpster...

I for one don't like it, but what can you do about it except
what is being done already. Some schools. maybe all, keep a sharp eye and see that everyone at the K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and even 4th grade kids are safely picked up when school is out for the day.

Protect your child, as much as can, within the confines of the law. Keep a close eye on him, and monitor the offenders. Write to your congress person about your concern. These people should not be near schools. I truly wish sexual offenders, especially pedophiles, would receive harsher punishments and longer prison sentences. These people usually never stop committing these crimes.

i think that all child molesters should be put into jail forever, and to never be let out. i know that my brother's dad (my ex-step dad) molested me when i was only 3 years old. i can't stand thinking about it, but sonetimes it helps to talk about it. it allows me to release some of my anger. i don't talk to him, and he knows that i can't stand him because of what he did to me, but my brother doesn't know, and sometimes i have to act like everything is okay when he comes to MY HOUSE to pick my brother up.

You know they use to take those people out behind the court house and shoot them....but since that is not justified anymore... They are suppost to register but most never do and they can move in right next to you and you would never know. just watch him closely and dont let him walk to school alone ever...
