Always smart work. You can work hard all day and accomplish nothing! Work smart and you usually work less because you've made wise decisions the first time around. Smart work also means you are able to think outside the box!

They are two sides of the same coin,well it depends on situation.Like for thorough knowledge of anything you need to work hard and get it practically done in a smart way,it depends on situation.

They both involve work, therefore they both suck :-) Okay, actually smart work because you get the job done and you do it well. Plus you are smart enough that hard work isn't hard, it's just typical work.
