Women have it much easier than men. All but a few jobs are now open to women these days, but the real reason why we have it easier is sex. I know I can get anything I want and it all depends on how I act and dress. I don't do this, and I worked hard to get where I am, but I have seen it done for everything from a job to speeding tickets to a new car. I can get into any bar I want to without an ID and get people to buy me drinks. Women can manipulate the **** out of men and we know it.
Of course there is that whole pregnancy thing, but when you think about it its only 9 months of your life and they give you really good drugs.
Also we can't have a bad day with out bitching about it to someone, normaly a boyfriend or husband. Guys also have to deal with overly dramatic PMS episodes which can be cured with medication.
As far as jobs go it is pretty easy to get a job if you are qualified for said job. If you weigh 120 pounds and apply for a job with a moving company you won't get it. Thats not discrimination, thats keeping you from getting hurt and doing a job you have no buisness doing. I am certified as a paramedic and I got hired on the spot because I an qualified. I an trained to use rescue equipment so I do that as well. That is a job that is dominated by men, but i had no problems. Why? Because I am qualified to do it. Again, its not discrimination if you are not qualified and unable to do the job.

it is equally hard for men and women cause when i girl has a bad day the guy HAS to hear about it and stuff and well when girls are in there cycle who has to deal with it? the guy we have to play it safe and not do anything that might set them off sorry but that is how i feel girls have a lot to deal with too like she sid about finding the job and everything else but guys have to watch themselves with girls cause they missinterpret a lot of the things we say instead of thinking about what we mean they assume that we are being @$$ holes

its harder being a woman as we have the children and finding jobs that wont discriminate and managing households ,etc etc.
