Kiss marks left from sucking blood out of the capillaries under the skin are not usually dangerous if there is no external bleeding. The cow orker is totally crazy, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Why or how did the coworker leave a "kiss" mark on your underarm? What kind of joint are you working in? Why does a coworker have his/her lips on your arm? What are you talking about, Willis?

Anything that involves sucking long and hard enough to leave a mark on the skin cannot be considered harmless.

Is your co-worker an man or a woman? Did they ever leave kiss marks anywhere else other than your left underarm? Have you left kiss marks on your co-worker?
If its a guy and he has left kiss marks on your belly, breasts or around your genitals, your husband may get mad.
If it is a gal and she has left kiss marks on your body, he may want to watch.

You're having an affair with your co-worker. This is not a harmless "peck on the cheek."
You know the answer to your question.

Has your co-worker kissed you anywhere else? Kissmarks are not harmless - they're intimate and can cause serious marital problems.
