There are 1000s out there. If you do a search in yahoo on the career field you are trying to find employment in and "job posting resume posting" you will get a number of sites to visit. The word free is also helpful, as there are a number of companies that don't want to pay the large fees associated with the sites you mentioned.
Also, try craigslist.com. It's based in CA, but has regional sites for most major cities in the country. Anyone not in LA, San Fran or NYC doesn't have to pay to post.
