The main border crossing IS at White Rock. It's major highways, so easy to get to. The main crossing is Peace Arch.

Take highway 99 south. Grandville or Oak going south funnel into Highway 99.

OR you can take Trans-Canada 1 East and turn South at Highway 15.

The road becomes I-5 when you cross the boarder.

Which route you take would depend on where your are, time of day and traffic. Just follow any greens directions sign that says Seattle or Canada/US boarder.

Mapquest is a good start. What border crossing? There are two near White Rock. Either one is fairly close to the #99 highway which will take you directly into Vancouver.

Most of the locals use the truck crossing at 176th Street in South Surrey. Faster than Whiterock corssing.
Leaving Vancouver heading for Hope on the trans Canada Hwy, watch for the 176th exit not too far after crossing the Port Mann bridge - leave the Hwy, follow 176th street south to the border.
That's it.

You don't say where in Vancouver...but if you get on Oak Street southbound it will take you all the way to the border....Oak street ends and turns into the freeway. Oak runs north-south in the city..it's a fairly main street.
