Here in my place, the Philippines, lots of outsourcing companies choose knowledge of J2EE, i.e., jsp, servlets, EJB, and all.

ERP projects are of great demand in the industry.Do one ERP project using J2EE,especially using the BMP(bean managed persistance),use one of the RDBMS as back-end(preferrably oracle).
