I don't think you can marry there, but you might ask the officials at

or look for another castle in Bavaria (or somewhere else in Germany); here you can find places for weddings in bavarian castles:

I'd recommend looking at Heidelberg Castle

Hi,

You cannot marry in Neuschwanstein castle. It's a state owned building and they won't rent it for private festivities such as weddings.

It is better to get married in the world-famous HEIDELBERG castle. Lots of people do this, especially the Japanese. I have seen the long white limo pull out between 10 and 10:30 in the morning after the ceremony more than once with a grinning buck in the back seat and a wide-eyed, scared bride beside him, no doubt on their way to the wedding BED! Just tell 'em The Boot sent you!!!

I don't think you can get married in the castle. Far too many tourists visit there for them to be able to close any part of it down for a wedding.

Knowing that no pictures are allowed in there for as long as I've been alive would lead me to believe that. A wedding would not be able to happen

I've been there, didn't ask about the marrying rules at the castle.
