Are your speakers on? If they aren't then turn them on. If they are on, go to the start button, find the control panel and find sounds and speakers. Go adjust them from there.

This may sound like a stupid question, but, are they plugged into the correct jacks? Most sound cars use the jack coloured GREEN for speakres, PICK = Mic, Blue = Line in. ORANGE and/or BLACK = center channel or subwoofer.
Here's another test, plug your speakers into a MP3 player to test them.
You can try to plug a set of headphone into the speaker jack (on the sound card) as a test. If that does work then the most likely cause is a corrupt or missing soound driver.

Another dumb question, did you check the volume?

are you talking about speaker? Well, maybe because the sound card is not installed properly or the speaker is defective.

We have our tech guys here that maybe could help you.

most likely is because you're missing its driver.
