Paraphrasing the words of a great Canadian motivational speaker (Bob Proctor), "just as the acorn was put on this planet to grow into a great oak, the human was put on this planet to grow into the most it could be, reach for the stars with all its ability, and achieve all it could".

Again, only paraphrasing, but the gist of it is that I don't know how I got here (spiritually), I don't know where I am going, I only assume I am here with all these amazing abilities to make the absolute most of them while I am here.

Well what does that mean for me? Fist off, to leave this earth in a better situation in some manner then when I arrived. Secondly, to make the absolute fullest use and enjoyment out of the life that was given to me, whether that be giving my time, having the most fun (at no one else's expense), or dreaming big and going for it (success or fail, just like the mighty acorn).

In life, I have tried to use my mind to create the greatest amount of wealth I could in order to use that to one day build a great library and foundation for work on the all the possibilities of the brain and brain related diseases (as this greatly interests me, and obviously would leave the world in a better place).

I use my free time making the absolute most of my physical abilities. I play very competitive baseball (not quite pro, but with ex pros) at an age when most are considering retirement, I train for MMA with young guns with far superior ability (get my *** whooped often and injured by early 20 somethings but enjoy the sport).

I use my mind in the deepest ways I can by reading ferociously, logically debating current events, and contributing many editorials on economics. I invest for a living, and soak up business opportunities as though they were cotton candy (although I maybe like 1 in 100 that come by).

Out of all this, I use up nearly all my time on things I enjoy and am always progressing my life towards my goal mentioned above.

The meaning of my life is to have taken a simple human and created a beautiful legacy.

To do the right thing every day. we all have the same God
either as Jews Christians or Muslims. And the sooner we all
realize that the better off we are all going to be. We all invoked
the Name of God to do stupid things. through the centuries.
So I honestly believe that God wants us to help each other out
not hurt each other like we have done and we are currently doing..
And not matter what happens try to do the right thing every day.
try and do good towards each other. and not hate in a blink of and
eye

You can't find life's meaning by looking within yourself. So, therefore, my view doesn't matter. I didn't create myself, so there is no way I can tell myself why I was created.

Life is about letting God use us for HIS purposes, not visa-versa. As a Christian we are to have trust in Him and faithfully fullfill His will; NOT our self-centered desires.

When I was a teenager I asked this question to the father of a friend of mine. He was a very well educated, intelligent, engineering type who was always very mindful of what he asserted.

When I asked he paused for a couple of minutes and then answered: "The meaning of life is to produce more than you consume."

This answer has always stuck with me.

It all depends on what your life is already centered on. If you are self driven, it may be anything that you find your place in. The self is a funny nonexistant thing that you may be slave to. All the answers are before you and you just need to choose something to commit to.
