Honestly, do you men prefer a submissive woman? I don't mean a slave with no opinion. I just want to hear a man's thought on this issue. Thank you!

i prefer some one i can protect. So i guess kind of both. I would like her to have her opions and things. I would like her to feel like I was always there for her and the only one she could turn to

I dont think being too submissive is good at all, but then again I do know some friends that like that type of thing! I like a woman that is on an equal level as myself! Give and take type of relationship is what best works for me!

Well, It always depends on the person. Some like adventures women, some submissive, some even like painful sex, so it all depends.

I don't. My wife of 20 years is very much my equal, and that's exactly how I like it. If we disagree about a family decision, we love & trust each other enough that we will both allow the other one to "win" if he or she feels much more strongly about it in a particular case. I feel that we have pretty good communication, and that, even more importantly, we both respect each other.

Submissiveness is a turnoff for me. I love when my woman is confident and in control.

I like intelligent women with a lot of spice, definately want a partner rather than someone following me around.
and in the bed room, it really depends on mood, i know im the dominant one in my relationship, but i do enjoy it when she takes control.

Both, there's a mood where we want to be the submissive type....and there's moods where we want to be the dominant one. Usually you girls can pick up on our moods fairly easily by our actions.

No! I like a woman who's smart and thinks for herself. If she just agrees with me, it makes me feel uncomfortable. Like I'm dating an echo, not a person.

Well, duh, who wouldn't want someone who is always agreeable, easy to please, and easy to get along with?
On the other hand, someone who is overly submissive is probably keeping bad feelings bottled up, and she might explode one day at an unpredictable moment. No one wants someone who is being fake, or is otherwise too timid to speak up and let her true feelings out.
