This question is vague. The term "body cavity" isn't well defined, and neither is the term "organ system." I'm guessing you pulled this out of either a health or introduction to biology textbook, but that doesn't help much. The only thing I can think of is the skin, as skin is considered an organ and would not be in any body cavities. I'm not sure if it's an "organ system" or not, though. Maybe the answer the book is looking for is the endocrine system, which involves the skin and sweat glands, and doesn't have a corresponding organ in the torso or head areas of the body.

Skin and kidneys; your kidneys are between you skin and your abdominal cavity, they are not in your abdominal cavity.
