very doubtful. It is just continuing to fill the pockets of the Government.

I try to not doubt what we can't know for sure, so yes I think that the money does get to them.
Or just call me an optimist instead of a pessimist!!

Thanks for bringing that up...
It is one reason you should give to YOUR AREA..and not send anyone anything.... We mean well but It truly does no good. Money does not help poverty stricken people. Educating them how to change their ways and inprove their areas is the ONLY answer.
Many MANY loads of supplies and money have been ambushed... Do not let anyone tell you different !
