I normally can get right to the point quickly. When I notice I'm dancing around it, I will stop and just blurt it out. I also am very low on tact so it helps.

just cut thru the chase. why prolong it? i'd curse you out if you beat around the bush with me. lol, it's annoying. i get right down to the nitty gritty and fast.

I have the opposite problem.
I get impatient with diplomacy and small talk, boredom sets in and I just have to go straight for the jugular.

Live a clean, alcohol and drug free life. Eat healthy and exercise. Take your vitamin supplements. Now you have more energy and sharpness to deal with matters of life. Also pray.
