How can I get my thighs skinnier? I have big thighs and I was wondering if walking helped tone them down. and if there were any other ways to get slimmer there. ??????

I agree w/ goddess angel. I walk 2 miles in 30 mins...so walk fast and good luck

Walking is excellent. You need high level of speed to really make a difference and you need to do it for 60 miniutes four or five times per week. You will see an immediate difference in your entire body. Also, reduce all your sugar and fat intake by at least half and increase your water consumption to 8 -10 glasses daily. In less than 30 days you will see results.

Believe me! those pills are not gonna work.
The right ways are exercising like skipping, yoga etc.; taking the right amount of food (not too less not too much), taking your food on the right timings, jogging/running/walking.......
and have a will "I have to do it!"
