I know Electrical engineer deals with high voltage devices like transformers and motors and many high power devices (which i dont know correctly). While Electronics engineer deals with the low voltage devices such as TV's and radios (dont know other devices). THE MAIN QUESTION is that WHAT DOES ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEER DO basically???
And also tell me which engineering is best between two of these??
which has a better scope and which engineer has a bright future?
Thanx in advaced.I m waiting for the reply of that person who is intelligent and genius and who wil able to answer my question technicaly.

You are right basically Electronic Engineers deal with low voltages Electrical Engineers deal with more high voltages. At many times these two can be interchanged, because as we say ground is ground the world around or the theory is the same.
Electronic Technicians deal more with formulas while Electricians deal more with components and NEC(National Electrical Codes). The entire field of electricity and electronics as diverse as it is changes frequently, one day a new invention the next its old. Electronics people will have a hand in building supercomputers while Electricians and Electrical Engineers will work in a power generating plant.
You shouldn't limit yourself to just one particular area of electricity and electronics, but if this is your interest you probably won't.

NOT true.

Electrical engineering is an ABET accredited degree program in the US. Electrical engineers would be responsible for the design of any kind of electrical device or component.

The study of electronics would lead to a role as a technician - building devices, troubleshooting devices - but not as a design role.
