I am a Software developer and have never cheated on my wife. She is a lawyer in the military. We struggled together as a young couple with 2 kids while I was building my software career to get proper experience and she had a law practice earning minimum wage.It was hard until she joined the military. She went for training between may 2001 to Jan 2002. I stayed home with the kids and often drove to go see her on a weekly basis. In 2004 she was deployed for three months. She changed completely. There were lots of conferences out of town that when I checked, I often discovered that they never existed. She became rude until I could not take it anymore. I bought key logger software which finally revealed that she had a boyfriend from the military. Now am out of her life because she did not want to change, and we are sharing the custody of the kids. But then she’s doing everything to get full custody and knowing her career she might even be transferred out of town at some point. What should I do

Get a lawyer. The possibility of being transferred to another state should prevent her from attaining full custody, but a lawyer would present this case better. Keep in mind what is the utmost best for your kids, even if it's a sacrifice for you, they'll respect you for it when they're older.

This is not really something a bunch of strangers can answer. All I can tell you is that if you've done nothing wrong, I don't think a judge will take shared custody away from you. Get an attorney, since she is one, she can find a way to get those kids from you.

I would fight her on full custody if possible get a good lawyer and keep custody rights..I'm saying I would not allow her to take my kids out of town or state that is what I'd fight against, there's your kids too..

Well buddy to put it to you gently you got screwed on this... You need a good attorney and back up all the evidence that she was the one who stepped out on the marriage... Joint custody seems like the best thing here and if she does move then it'll be summer vacations and holidays...

Call a lawyer? These things can get damn expensive, that's for sure. Also, try to come up with a solution which is best for the kids, NOT which is best for you. They are the innocent party in this mess.

seek the guidance of a licensed counselor and the services of a good attorney. Be a good father and keep those children out of the middle of this as best as you can.

Keep the kids...She will have to deploy since she is in the military and you can provide them a stable home and you will not have to deploy.
