Yes and No.
During your first trimester you will pee alot. Mainly due to the amount of fluids are are now drinking. If you're not going very often and your urine is dark in color, then you may not be drinking enough. So step it up. Your body replaces the amniotic fluid every 3-4 hours and needs all the fluid it can get.
In your third trimester you will notice your trips to the bathroom increasing as the baby is now sitting on your bladder. One trick I learned is that after you think you are done, softly lift up your stomach and your bladder will empty some more.
Congratulations! Kids are alot of work, and sometimes they drive you nuts, but they are so worth it!
Good Luck

it depends how far along u r into ur pregnancy. During the first tri-mester i would urinate like crazy----specially at night i would go atleast 7-9 times. Into my second-trimester it has actually gone down that is because the uterus is larger and has moved position i urinate more than b-4 i was prego but not as much as the first trimester. Also i heard that into the 3rd trimester the urinating comes back.

Well it really depends on how far along you are. I didn't really start having to go to the bathroom until I was a good 5-6 months along. Then as the due date came, I practically live in the bathroom. She would kick and I would make a mad dash, which was not very fast cause I was so BIG! Dont worry it will come. Just enjoy while you still can!

Early in pregnancy you may need to urinate frequently. It can continue during most of your pregnancy and become particularly annoying near delivery, as your uterus increases in size and rests on your bladder. If you don't experience this excessive need to urinate, you may be dehydrated. Try drinking some juices, like apple or orange, even pedialyte. If you have been drinking enough fluids(not caffeine, it makes you dehydrate), then you are considered "one of the lucky ones".

thats fine, depending on how far along you are... you wont start urinating frequently until baby starts taking over bladder room. Try and get your 7 to 10 glasses of water through out the day to insure that you and baby have enough fluids.

I am 14 weeks pregnant, I go to the bathroom more then when I use to, but it still isn't very much. At night is the worst time. I am up every hour and a half to 2 hours going pee. I even drink water all day long and lots of it! Everyone is different :-)

You're lucky I'm only 5 or 6 weeks (go to doc in two days) and I pee every half hour during the day and am up 3 times at night.♥ As long as you aren't dehydrated you're just lucky♥ Good luck with your baby♥

you are lucky..lol. You have a strong bladder. However, no matter how strong that bladder is once that baby starts pressing down, then you will feel it. So count your blessings till then. However, do make sure you are drinking your fluids 8-10 glasses a day and cut down on the caffeine intake. Hope all goes well and congrats!

I am 19 weeks along with my second child, and I don't really urinate anymore than I did when I wasn't pregnant. It gets worse the further along you get, though. Just be sure to drink enough.

Speaking from experience, When I was in my first and second trimester I was not urinating as often but now that I am in my last trimester, I go to the bathroom alot.... So I believe that it is normal to not go as often however, it all depends on what you mean...
