A meta-paradigmal theory is a model for creating a model, commonly one that deals with religious beliefs. The idea behind such a theory is very simple - consider two different castles built out of Lego blocks. While the castles maybe look different on the outside, the building blocks obey the same kind of rules. Two blocks still have to be stuck together in a way that is the same whatever kind of castle you build. For example, the "up" side of a lego block can only be stuck to the "down" side, otherwise the blocks don't stick together. If you have played with Lego at any point in your life then you know that there are ways to make a building stronger that just building it with little pieces stuck in towers. The same principle applies to this theory.

Isn't that an oxymoron? A paradigim is a vast change in what is known to be true. What is true is not considered a theory.
