our weather in november is always pretty crazy.
while most of september is usually quite warm, october is when it starts to cool. however, in 2005, for halloween, on october 31, the temperature was around 60 (at night) - VERY warm for that time of the year
don't believe the guy that said the weather is in the 20s. it doesn't usually even snow until late january, lately. november is in the 30s-50s. if you're going to be in center city, you have the wind to worry about. but if you are using NE philly's airport (near my backyard) the wind isn't as big an issue, because there aren't any big buildings to cause wind tunnels
you want to know what to wear upon arival, so that you don't get shocked in the event that it's cold? wear jeans, a long sleeve shirt, and bring a light jacket, perhaps a hoodie (a sweatshirt with a hood). you'll probably need it.

Always check the forecast because November can be very mild (often refered to as Indian Summer) . This is my favorite time of year the leaves have all changed but the weather is in the 60's- 70's

It can be anywhere from 60s to very cold so I would bring a warm jacket and to keep an eye on the weather as it can change a lot that time of year.

Philly's temps can be variable that time of year. Problem is the wind in some areas. The tall buildings create a wind funnel that wraps around the building and when it hits the street - look out! LOL. Cool temps can suddenly be frigid but when you walk further its ok. Dress in layers. Normally, you won't run into snow. A bit too early for that.

In November the weather can be very variable but think winter. It doesn't usually snow, though. So bring winter clothes. If you like shopping, you can probably buy some hip clothes in Philly.

Philly by nov can get cold for folks from tropical areas. I would recommend you carry woolens as well as buy thermal set when you get in here or even buy one just in case if you can from barbados

It'll be cold around here. I'd have to say probably in the 30s-50s. I know it's a wide range, but that's how it can be.
