No, a guy is constantly producing sperm. Even at 98 years old! If he ejaculates too many times in a row his body won't be able to keep up, thus his sperm cout will drop significantly, but it's only until his body can catch up.

No, that its not true!! Men are constantly producing sperm. However, the longer the sperm stay inside of your partner, the more stronger and mobil the sperm are. (They basically become better swimmers once matured for at least a couple of days). If a man ejaculates everyday, the newest sperm that get produced won't be as mobile. My husband and I are trying to conceove and my Dr. told us to have intercourse every other day during the week of ovulation. Hope this helps!!

No that is not true. They like make more sperm every week. I don't remember the whole idea of it, but I took a class for child development and it said that a guy can keep sperm good for like a week or something, and then they make more to replace the old sperm once it has like died. Come to think of it...it is less than a week.

No, unless there is something else medically wrong, like even decreased hormones, then he could stop producing sperm, but otherwise, he just won't have as much built up. If you are trying to conceive, that could make it more difficult, because there are less sperm, and therefore, less of a chance one will make it, that's why some sources suggest waiting a day in between to help increase the amount of sperm available.

No its not true.

When I was trying to conceive(23+ years ago) my OB/GYN told us to not have sex everyday as it diminishes the sperm count. Instead have sex every third day for a higher count and greater chance of conception.

If you are worried about your fertility, like we were, you can have sex using a rubber (without a spermicide) and have a sperm count done. The woman can have a hormone level done I think...not sure on that since I had already had a child and was sure of my fertility.

Good Luck

That is so not true. A man will produce sperm his whole life.
A man in his 90's will produce sperm, the number of sperm he produces may not be as many due to his age, but he still produces sperm. And as long as he can get it up, he can get a women pregnant.
Sperm never run out.
A women is born with the amount of eggs she will have her whole life. A women can run out of eggs but a man will never run out of sperm.

Not true. Women are born with a certain number of eggs, when they've all been released - that's it. Men however replenish their sperm about every 24 hours. If they don't ejaculate within 24 hours, their sperm count will build up.

guys don't run out simply from having sex.. They don't even run out from getting old! The only way they can is by doing too many drugs or get sick.. Women can of course stop producing eggs at a certain age, but a man is never too old to make a baby.
