this is not a very hard process, the hardest parts are routing the wiring and mounting the neons... first find out where your going to mount the neons.. find a metal surface long enough then drill holes where they need to be and attach them, now that you have them in place its time for the wiring... there are a few ways you can do this, put them on their own switch or make them turn on with the car or when the doors are open... another hard part.. finding the right place to hook up the power wires to... however you want them to turn on. . . with a switch you are going to need to run a wire to the battery into a relay, probobly going to need to buy one, then ground wire coming from the relay ( also should be a ground wire, usually black, coming from the neons that have to be grounded) just find a metal surface and scratch off the paint until you can see bare metal and screw into it ( best way is to find a place under the carpet to hide them) hidden wires are the best, dont be afraid to cut a small hole into your carpet, can be very small so when removed it wont be noticed, just big enough for the wires to come through, the relay should have instructions on how to hook it up, there should be 2 power wires and 1 ground coming from the relay( 1 power to battery, 1 power to neons and 1 ground wire ) hook up the switch to the right power line on the relay and then the ground to the switch, then mount the switch where you want it and find a good ground for it. after all the wires are run and connected everything should work when the switch is on, even with the car off, so dont leave them on and run your battery down lol.. but if it doesnt work try to shave the ground places more or try a different ground location. if that doesnt work then check all your wires again and see if your relay power wires are hooked up right...

that should be it.. hope this helps and you can contact me for more information if needed, good luck
