I previously posted a similar question.
Yes, I definitely feel that this is either a government sanctioned experiment, or, at the very least, that the government monitors the site and all of the Q & A.
That is why I sometimes give evasive answers, or leave out parts of an answer that I think would reveal to much personal information.
