Forest must have been contracted right? Anyone ever thought of this, I was watching it yesterday.

She didn't die from AIDS she died from Coxsackie B virus, its virus of the heart.

I thought of that as well.
Assuming Jenny did have aids, she would likely not have known that it was a std at the time.
She might not have had it the visit she got pregnant. And we have no indication that there was any sex when she came back the second time. And at that, having sex with someone infected isn't a sure thing you will get it.
Or maybe Forest did get it. Might make a sequal.

Yes, I have thought about it, but after all, it is not like it is real..... He probably goes on to be the first person cured of full blown AIDS, would fit into the movies' general theme, look for the next movie soon.....

Not necessarily. She may have contracted it after they last slept together. Also, even though they later got married, that doesn't mean that they made love. The possibilities are endless.
