Prior answerers....WITH PLUMBING! That means your contracor will need to install the pipe and pumbing in to the basement. depending on the fixtures and all, around $5000 with the contracors, city permits (don't skip this, if you ever want to sell your home, A non permitted bath is a nightmare for home sales), dry wall, painting. This doesn't even count the vanity, toilet and other fixtures. Will you build a shower or buy a prefab?
A major bath remodel ranges quite widely from $5000 to $25,000.

You are leaving out tons of information.
Did you get other estimates. I would get estimates from 3 or 4 contractors. Then, investigate all of them with the Better Business Bureau for complaints against them and if they have been in business for a long time. The lowest estimate is not the best estimate.
If you haven't had this work done yet, ONLY MAKE PROGRESSIVE PAYMENTS. Pay 25% up front, then pay daily based on progress and DO NOT PAY THE FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE TOTALLY SATISFIED.

My father in law is a contractor. We had to have him help with our bathroom last year. The shower piping had to be completely redone due to years without inspection. (we bought an as-is place) He had put in all new pipes, new floor, tub, tub surround, fixutres and he estimated it would have cost about $10,000 if we had someone else do it.Keep in mind that labor is going to be your greatest cost. That does not count the toilet, vanity, sink plumbing and such. For a completely non-existent bathroom you can cound on $12,000- $25,000 depending on where you live.

That is a simple question but the amounts depand on a lot of variables. for example-
Is there a water source already there? Drainage cememt floors are walls open or closed? is there a window? How fancy do you want it? Are you doing any of the work yourself, ie painting? These are just a few things that you will have to know BEFORE you start getting bids.
For you info. average reconstruction cost is &130.00 a square foot. Hope that helps.

Hard to say without knowing where you live and the decorative elements of the room. I can offer a somewhat useless guess of between $8000 and $10,000. It would be better if you referred to Angie's List or Service Magic to get estimates from local contractors - no obligation.

Stand up shower $300.00
Vanity with Top $200.00
Vanity faucet $60-200
Toilet $200.00
Plumbing Rough price will depend on how far he has to go to get to the waste stack.
Best guess is rough in is going to run you about $1000-2000
If you already have things roughed in then do it

Need more info, such as square footage of the room, what's in there currently that would need to be removed, etc.
Could be anywhere from say $2,500 to $5,000 I would imagine, depending on other factors that aren't specified in your question which makes it hard to give a single number for you.
Good luck.
