I swear by L'Oreal Cashmere Perfect, which I think you can get for around $12, give or take a bit. It's a powder creme, and produces a very smooth, natural effect. However, if your skin tends to pink (mine does too), your best bet would be to find a "green cream". This is a colour corrective which cools off your skin tone, while allowing you to put on a foundation on top. I don't know what brands are available currently. Body Shop used to make "green beads", like a powder blush, but I think they've stopped that. Above all, do *not* use a blusher, you don't need it, and it will just make you look hotter (in the temperature sense!)

I'd say give Covergirl a try for both liquid and powder foundations. I'm not sure of what the kind of lines there are, but in the last few years liquid foundations have become a lot better for evening out skin tones and not being too heavy, which was always my issue with foundations hence why I wear powder mostly.
Just go down to Walgreens/Walmart/Drug Stores. Also check out Bare Essentials or Bare Minerals for a more organic foundation. Good Luck!

L'OREAL Visible Lift , Line Minimizing Make Up.
My friend gave me a goody bag and it included this make up.
I am fair skinned and it evens out the skin so nicely and covers
blemishes. My friend & I like trying new things, but we are both
alike that we get a good thing & stick with it. We give each other
goody bags for special days and I lucked out with this foundation.
Hope you like it. I think it cost about $9.00.

Maybelline's Mousse initiating is my all time famous budget initiating. it is easy, ethereal, and would not sense oily or have lots of construction up. I actual have extra zits companies pores and skin and this initiating did not aggravate it or destroy out. It additionally makes your pores and skin tone seem even and gentle. It seems such as you at the instant are not donning something in any respect. Your pores and skin seems sturdy and feels sturdy. It would not sense heavy in any respect.

I use bare minerals. I love it, it covers redness and evens out my skin tone. I always get compliments of people saying I have beautiful skin, not "I love your makeup." You can get it on www.sephora.com. Or a sephora store near you might be a little cheaper. Good luck.
