are they scamming people for money they say I have won money
but wants money from me could toy let me know?

Just ignore them anyway i have reported those email address investigation will take place against those ids is found any such activities will be prosecuted under law

It is a scam, honey. I haven't received this email but I am sure many people have. If one wins money (and the odds of that are very high) sending money is NEVER required.
